Fighterbody Fitness – combines real kickboxing techniques with a variety of intense cardio, flexibility, sprint, step and plyometric based exercises. Fighterbody also includes strength training designed for adding lean muscle focused on definition and tone using dumbbells, bodyweights & resistance bands. Fighterbody members train from what we call, "a constant state of fatigue", which is designed to build the metabolism at the fatest rate possible. The program was also developed utilizing the greatest amount of muscle and exercise variations ever possible in a one hour extreme workout. No two workouts are ever the same and the program is designed for everyone regardless of age, gender, shape or physical fitness!
